We passed the 100km mark yesterday on our way into Portomarin.

After Portomarin it was a 10 km climb uphill to get to where we thought we would stay. It ended up that the alburgue were closed so we walked in the rain for 4 km more. Yesterday ended up being about the 31 km day. It was raining the whole time and was quite difficult to see ahead because of the rain being so thick. I don’t think I was ever fully dry.

In the dark, and rain we found this great restaurant and pension. El Labrador was clean with delicious food. Dinner and a room cost 22 euro’s. Best deal on the Camino. It was not in any guidebook and has no website. It was by divine providence that we found it.
