Orcchiette e Cavatelli

Hand made grana duro pasta we made in class. One is the shape of an ear and one is made by scraping dough with your finger. All of the “weeds” were found in the field. The pastas had no meat, only a little oil and all made by hand using organic ingredients. Absolutely delicious!
